Mixed Martial Arts - MMA


Mixed Martial Arts (MMA) uses a variety of techniques, including striking, clinch fighting, wrestling, and submissions. It is both a combat sport and a system of self-defense.

Mixed martial artists should be versed in the various phases of combat: Stand-up Fighting, Clinch Fighting, and Ground Fighting.


Core Curriculum:
Sanshou (Chinese Free-Fighting)
Muay Thai (Thai Kickboxing)
Western-Style Boxing
Wrestling
Brazilian Jiu-jitsu
